<br />Derek J. Apfel, a single person, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration
<br />of transfer of property into Grantor's revocable trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto Derek J. Apfel, Trustee of the Derek J. Apfel Revocable Trust, herein
<br />called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Parcel 1: A tract of land 140 feet by 100 feet in size situate in the southeast
<br />quarter of the northeast quarter (SE1/4NI✓ 1/4) of section Twenty-four (24), in
<br />township twelve (12), North, range twelve (12), West of the Sixth P.M., more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 100 feet south of the
<br />intersection of the south line of Syria Street of the First Addition of the Village of
<br />Cairo, as shown by the recorded plat thereof and the West line of High Street, if
<br />extended south; running thence south a distance of 100 feet on said West line of
<br />said High Street, if extended south; running thence West a distance of 140 feet on
<br />a line parallel to the said south line of said Syria Street, to the east line of the
<br />alley of BLOCK 4 of said First Addition, if extended south; running thence North
<br />a distance of 100 feet on the East line of said alley, if extended south; running

<br />unplatted tract of land lying between Lot Six (6), Block "F" in McColl and
<br />Leflang's Second Addition and Lot One (1), Block Three (3) in Chamberlin's
<br />Addition to the Village, now City, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3) in Chamberlin's Addition to the Village, now City,
<br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: Beginning at the westerly
<br />corner of said Lot 4; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said
<br />Lots 4 and 3, a distance of 132.00 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 3;
<br />thence southeasterly along said line deflecting 90 degrees, 08 minutes, 06
<br />seconds right of distance of 2.49 feet; thence southwesterly deflecting 89
<br />degrees, 49 minutes, 55 seconds right a distance of 117.74 feet; thence southerly
<br />deflecting 44 degrees, 59 minutes, 37 seconds left a distance of 20.17 feet to the
<br />southwesterly line of said Lot 4; thence northwesterly along said line deflecting
<br />135 degrees, 01 minutes, 36 seconds right a distance of 16.82 feet to the point of
<br />beginning, containing an area of 434.79 square feet, more or less.
