<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by HAYES HOME IMPROVEMENT, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, ADAM L.
<br />HAYES, President, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />NIEDFELT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 29, 2016, and recorded September 29, 2016, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 201606463, the
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and deliv-
<br />ered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Sterling Estates Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
