201900927 18. Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health and safety of his or her child while the child is in the physical custody of each parent. 19. This Decree will not become final until thirty (30) days from the date hereof or upon the death of either of the parties hereto, except for purposes of appeal. For the purposes of remarriage, this Decree shall not become final and operative until six (6) months after its date. This Decree shall not become final and operative for six (6) months from this date for the purposes of health insurance coverage and for purposes of re -marriage. Provided further, if the Decree is not vacated or modified during the periods set forth above, or unless proceedings for vacation or modification, are pending at the expiration of those dates, this Decree will become final without further Order of the Court. 20. A complete record and costs in the above entitled matter are hereby waived. 21. This Decree shall be deemed entered upon its filing with the Clerk of this Court. ,.
