201900923 <br />Transportation; and CENTRAL PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, whereby all <br />parties stipulate and agree that Plaintiffs are entitled to have title to that parcel of real estate <br />hereafter described quieted in favor of Plaintiffs. <br />2. All Defendants have been properly served with process in this proceeding and, with <br />the exception of those named party Defendants who have joined in the execution of a Stipulation <br />forming the basis for this Decree, those Defendants identified as All Other Persons Having or <br />Claiming any interest in and to that tract of land comprising a part of the East Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE 1 /4) and a part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2 <br />SE1/4), all in Section Thirty Six (36), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6"' P.M., <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as more fully described in Paragraph 2 of the Complaint, <br />Real Names Unknown, have failed to appear, plead, or answer within the time permitted by law, <br />and they are hereby severally found and adjudged to be in default. <br />3. The Court finds generally in favor of the Plaintiffs, and that the allegations of their <br />Complaint are true; subject, however, to an adjustment of the legal description for the property <br />line for the Right of Way located East of, South of, and immediately adjacent to the Plaintiffs' <br />real estate as stipulated to between the Plaintiffs and the named Defendants. <br />4. The Court specifically finds that the Plaintiffs, CHARLES D. BOSSELMAN, JR. and <br />LAURA L. BOSSELMAN, and their predecessors in title have been in actual, continuous, <br />notorious, exclusive, and adverse possession of the real estate extended by accretion as described <br />hereinafter under claim of title for more than ten (10) years immediately prior to the <br />commencement of this action, intending and claiming such title and possession against all <br />persons whomsoever, during all of this time. <br />Page193 of II- <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
