Schmidt Revocable Trust dated May 17, 2013 and any <br />subsequent amendment thereto by Warranty Deed dated January 10, 2014 and <br />recorded on January 10, 2014 as Instrument No. 201400191 and by Corrective <br />Warranty Deed dated August 29, 2014 and recorded on September 2, 2014 as <br />Instrument No. 201405410 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, <br />and except a tract conveyed to David W. Sidders and Rhonda L.
