<br />ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Federal Home Loan Mortgage
<br />Corporation, a corporation,, organized and existing under the laws of the United
<br />States, for value received, hereby assigns, without recourse, to The Secretary
<br />of Housing and !Urban Development of Washington, D.C., his /her successors and
<br />assigns, a certain mortgage executed by James A. Clayton and Corinne F. Clayton,
<br />husband and wife, dated the 26th day of May, 1983, securing the payment of
<br />promissory note described therein, for the sum of Fifth Three Thousand One
<br />Hundred DOLLARS (=53,100.00), duly recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, in Instrument No. 83- 002140, and all its right, title and
<br />interest in and to the premises situated in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, and described in said mortgage as follows, to -wit:

<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
