<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106139 on the 17"' day of June, 1999, at
<br />the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Summerfield First Estates, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 19"' day of September, 2000.

<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
