DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated January
<br />7, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200000279, wherein
<br />DOUGLAS M. WESTERBY AND VICTORIA WESTERBY, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, jointly and
<br />severally, is Trustor, HOWARD E. TRACY is Trustee, and BOSSELMAN,
<br />INC. is Beneficiary of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Sixteen (16), in South
<br />Grand Island, an addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, except the part shown in Deed
<br />Book 164, Page 23.
<br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given
<br />on August 6, 2001, the Trustee hereby reconveys the real estate
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto.
