<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION

<br />WMEAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM W. MARSHALL II1,
<br />President of Five Points Sank, A Nebraska Corporation, is
<br />Trustee under the Trust Deed dated August 16, 1990, executed
<br />by C.C. i B. CO., as Trustor, im which Five Points Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 90- 104788 on August 20, 1490,
<br />conveying the real property set forth on Exhibit "A"
<br />attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, and the
<br />undersigned has received from Five Points Bank written
<br />request to reconvey that part of the real property described
<br />on the attached Exhibit "A" which is described as follows;
<br />The West Half of the Southeast Quarter (WISE %) and
<br />all of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(E�SWh), excepting the West Ten (10) Acres of the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NE%SWh), and, also excepting therefrom the South
<br />Fifty -One (S51) Rods of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SEkSW4) in Section Seven
<br />(7), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />reciting that such real property was inadvertently included z
<br />in the property conveyed by Deed of Trust aforesaid and that =
<br />such Deed of Trust is therefore released as pertains to the
<br />aforedescribed real property, and
<br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid Deed of Trust shall remain
<br />in full force and effect as pertains to the remainder of the
<br />real property set forth on Exhibit "A" which is attached
<br />hereto, which property is not reconveyed hereby; -
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request
<br />and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now
<br />held by him thereunder as pertains to the real property set
<br />forth above in Hall'County, Nebraska.
