WAGONER, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to THOMAS J. WAGONER, TRUSTEE AND HIS SUCCESSORS <br />IN TRUST of the THOMAS J. WAGONER REVOCABLE TRUST, dated July 25, 1997, <br />Grantee, the real estate (as defined in Nebraska Rev.
