Outlots. No buildings shall be constructed within Outlots 1. No signs shall be <br />installed on Outlots 1 except as identified on Exhibit A or directional signs with a face of a size no <br />larger than permitted by the City Sign Code. The Subdivider shall construct Sidewalks and hike/bike <br />trails shall be constructed on or adjacent to Outlot 1 as detailed above. <br />12. Lot Six Lot Six is intended to provide drainage and storm water detention for <br />the development. This lot may not be built except for trails and sidewalk upon and shall be <br />maintained by a property owners association. <br />13. Landscaping. All required landscaping shall be placed outside the dedicated <br />rights-of-way. All landscaping located within the right-of-way shall be maintained by the property <br />owners or a property owners association if immediately adjacent to a property. Landscaping of <br />medians, and center sections of roundabouts constructed with this project shall be maintained by a <br />property owners association. <br />14. Engineering Data. All final engineering plans and specifications for public <br />improvements shall bear the signature and seal of a professional engineer registered in the State of <br />Nebraska and shall be furnished by the Subdivider to the Department of Public Works for approval <br />6 <br />
