201900747 <br />right to object to the creation of any paving district for Ewoldt Street, Prairieview Street and Rae <br />Road where they abut the subdivision if the Subdivider fails to pave these streets as required herein. <br />The Subdivider agrees to waive the right to object to the creation of any paving or <br />repaving district for Husker Highway and U.S. Highway 281 where they abut the subdivision. <br />4. Ingress/Egress Restrictions. The Subdivider agrees that no vehicular access <br />shall be allowed directly onto Husker Highway or onto U.S. Highway 281 except as shown on this <br />plat. <br />5. Traffic Issues. The Subdivider agrees to construct a roundabout at the <br />intersection of Prairieview Street and Husker Highway along with the widening of Husker Highway <br />as it is prescribed by the traffic study. The design shall be approved by the Director of Public Works. <br />The Subdivider agrees to construct a traffic signal and all associated geometric <br />improvements at U.S. Highway 281 and Rae Road (existing streets) if the intersection meets <br />warrants within two years of opening the hospital. The design shall be approved by the Director of <br />Public Works. <br />6. Water. The Subdivider shall design, construct and install a public water main <br />in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to <br />the City's inspection. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agrees to <br />extend, connect and provide water service to all lots in the subdivision in accordance with plans and <br />specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. <br />7. Sanitary Sewer. The subdivider shall design, construct and install a public <br />sanitary sewer in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public <br />Works, and subject to the City's inspection.
