Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, <br />INC., as nominee for CHARTERWEST NATIONAL BANK, its successors and assigns to U.S. <br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of an Assignment filed for record on December 22, <br />2014 as Instrument No. 0201408011 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />THE WESTERLY HALF (W `h) OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY- <br />TWO (142) IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the <br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor <br />Trustee, GREGORY L.
