<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed June 25,
<br />2010 by JESSICA R FITCH, a single person, Trustors, in which MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for CHARTERWEST NATIONAL BANK, its
<br />successors and assigns was named as Beneficiary and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee, and which was filed for record on June 25, 2010 as Instrument No.
<br />0201004403 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS,
<br />INC., as nominee for CHARTERWEST NATIONAL BANK, its successors and assigns to U.S.
<br />BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of an Assignment filed for record on December 22,
<br />2014 as Instrument No. 0201408011 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />THE WESTERLY HALF (W `h) OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY-
<br />TWO (142) IN UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor
<br />Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant
<br />to Nebraska statute §76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in §76-1012.
