201900686 <br />WAIVER OF RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL <br />This waiver of right of first refusal is made by or on behalf of Debra L. Schultz, as holder <br />of a right of first refusal granted by that certain Quitclaim Deed from Donald J. Schultz and Darlene <br />A. Schultz to Matthew R. Schultz and Michael J. Schultz, dated December 27, 2012 and recorded <br />in the Office of the Hall County Clerk on December 28, 2012 as Instrument No. 201211128 in and <br />to that certain real property legally described as follows: <br />Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW /) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section <br />Eight (8), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all appurtenances thereto, commonly known as 7687 N 130th Road, Cairo, Nebraska. <br />Now, therefore, in consideration One Dollar and other valuable consideration, the <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby waives said right of first <br />refusal, forever and irrevocably, as to the real property described herein above.
