Barry D. Schultz's date of death is December 25, 2014. <br />2. Donald J. Schultz's date of death is January 20, 2015. <br />3. On July 27, 2018, I sent to Debra L. Schultz a letter via U.S. Certified Mail <br />providing notice of the Right of First Refusal granted to her for the real property legally <br />CJ described as follows: <br />Part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW '/) <br />Ca of Section Eig.ht (8), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) <br />West of the 6` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />0 4. Debra L. Schultz received that letter on July 20`h, 2018, receipt of which is <br />y <br />attached as Exhibit A. <br />5. Per the Right of First Refusal, it has been more than 30 days since notice was <br />received and Debra L.
