Washer at <br />the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17 and assuming the South <br />line of said Southeast Quarter as bearing S 89°32'20" W and all bearings contained <br />herein are relative thereto; thence S 89°32'20" W on said South line a distance of <br />600.00 feet; thence N 00°06'28" E parallel with the East line of said Southeast <br />Quarter a distance of 735.00 feet to a 5/8" rebar w/cap; thence N 89°32'20" E <br />parallel with said South line of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 600.00 feet to <br />the East line of said Southeast Quarter; thence S 00°06'28" W on said East line a <br />distance of 735.00 feet to the Point Of Beginning. Washer at the <br />Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17 and assuming the South <br />line of said Southeast Quarter as bearing S 89°32'20" W and all bearings contained <br />herein are relative thereto; thence S 89°32'20" W on said South line a distance of <br />50.00 feet; thence N 00°06'28" E parallel with the East line of said Southeast <br />Quarter a distance of 50.00 feet to a 5/8" Rebar with cap at the ACTUAL POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; thence S 89°32'20" W parallel with Said South line of the <br />Southeast Quarter a distance of 125.00 feet; thence N 58°43'55" E a distance of <br />146.41 feet; thence S 00°06'28" W parallel with said East line of the Southeast <br />Quarter a distance of 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.08 acres <br />more or less. <br />("Reserved Property") as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto. Seller shall have the right of <br />ingress and egress from the surrounding land onto the Reserved Property for the purpose of <br />maintaining a sign. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all improvements, hereditaments, <br />appurtenances therein and all reversions, remainders, issues, profits and other rights belonging <br />or related thereto, either in law or in equity, for the use, benefit and behalf of the Grantee, his <br />successors and assigns forever. <br />II. GENERAL GOVERNMENT RESERVATIONS TO CONVEYANCE <br />This conveyance is expressly made subject to the following reservations in favor of the United <br />States of America, acting by and through the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army pursuant to <br />a delegation of authority from the Secretary of the Army ("United States Army"), and its assigns: <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT and there is hereby reserved unto the United States Army, and its <br />assigns, all rights and interests that have been previously reserved to the United States Army in <br />any Patent(s) covering the Property. <br />III.
