<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 29, 2015, executed by JOSHUA M VANCE and
<br />JOHANNA E VANCE; Husband and Wife; as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument NO 201503547,
<br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of May, 2015.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THREE (3), BLOCK SIX (6), PLEASANT HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded the 29th day of May, 2015,
<br />recorded as 201503547 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 23rd of January, 2019.
