WHEREAS a breach of an obligation for which the above trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being more particularly described as follows: Failure to make the payments due under the promissory note secured by the trust deed for December 1, 2018. The trustee hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy such obligation. The default may be cured within two months of the filing for record of this notice of default and the obligation and trust deed may be thereby reinstated as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-1012 by payment of the entire amount in default along with trustee's fees and expenses. The amount of the entire unpaid principal sum secured by the trust deed is $2,427,211.79. The amount of interest accrued thereon as of January 23, 2019 is: $148,666.72. The per diem interest accruing from and after January 23, 2019 is: $353.97.
