201900589 <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of U.S. Highway <br />30; and <br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NW1/4) of Section <br />Thirty-five (35), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS a breach of an obligation for which the above trust property was <br />conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Failure to make the payments due under the promissory note secured <br />by the trust deed for December 1, 2018. <br />The trustee hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the trust <br />property to satisfy such obligation. <br />The default may be cured within two months of the filing for record of this notice <br />of default and the obligation and trust deed may be thereby reinstated as provided in Neb. <br />Rev.
