<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4), the West Half of the North Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (W1/2N1/2SW1/4) and that part of the East Half of the North Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E1/2N1/2SW1/4) lying south of the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Tracks in Section
<br />25, Township 12 North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; excepting therefrom a
<br />tract conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded on May 15, 1997, as Document No. 97-103741 with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds; and excepting therefrom that parcel conveyed by Warranty Deed filed on

<br />point on the East line of said W1/2SE1/4; thence S00°27'55"E on the East line of said W1/2SE1/4 for
<br />863.81 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence S88°56'51"W for 1248.20 feet to the Point of
