<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />September 3, 2013, by SHANNON M. AVILA and DUSTIN AVILA aka DUSTIN J. AVILA,
<br />wife and husband, as joint tenants and not as Tenants in Common, Trustors, to PLATTE
<br />VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST, CO. INC., named as Trustee, and PLATTE VALLEY
<br />STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, as Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on
<br />September 19, 2013 as Instrument No. 201307670 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT TWENTY-NINE (29), KENTISH HILLS SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment
<br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the
<br />Trustee, First National Bank of Omaha, successor by merger to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust, Co.
<br />Inc., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute
<br />§76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation
<br />and Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in §76-1012.
