201900477 The corporate limits of the City of Wood River are extended and increased so as to include and embrace within the corporate limits of the City of Wood River the territory described in Section One above and such territory is declared to be a part of the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska Section Three The Annexation Plat attached to this Ordinance is an accurate map of the territory annexed and such Annexation Plat is adopted as the official map of the territory annexed and Mayor of the City of Wood River Is authorized and directed to certify that the map is an accurate map of the territory annexed under the provisions of this Ordinance and to record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska this Ordinance together with a copy of the official map certified by the surveyor. Section Four This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final passage and its publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of The Clipper as provided by law.
