Wheeler Ave. <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO <br />a DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS <br />ov FOR PRAIRIE CREEK MEADOWS SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />0 WHEREAS, a certain Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions <br />sal <br />for Prairie Creek Meadows Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska dated July 30, 2018 was <br />filed in the Office of the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds on July 30, 2018 as <br />Instrument No. 201804896 ("Restrictive Covenants") and indexed against the following <br />described real estate (collectively, the "Subject Property"): <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Eight (8) and Outlot (A), <br />Prairie Creek Meadows Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />WHEREAS, Outlot "A" referenced in the Restrictive Covenants was intended to <br />represent the parcel of real estate referred to as "BOXELDER DRIVE" on the Plat for Prairie <br />Creek Meadows Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; however, on the recorded Plat for <br />Prairie Creek Meadows Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska such parcel of real estate is <br />identified as "Lot 9". <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, being the Owners of the lots that comprise the Subject <br />Property, desire to amend the Restrictive Covenants to reflect that any and all references to <br />Outlot "A" within the Restrictive Covenants shall mean Lot 9 as identified on the recorded Plat <br />for Prairie Creek Meadows Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1.
