The parties agree that either party will execute <br />promptly any and all documents of any kind or character of the <br />other which may be necessary or proper to carry out the terms <br />hereof. <br />8. The parties agree that each party shall be responsible <br />for his or her own attorneys fees in regards to this divorce. and <br />that the petitioner shall bear the costs of this action. <br />9. Both parties agree that this property settlement is to <br />be filed in the District Court of Riley County. Kansas, and shall <br />present it to the Court for its approval upon the hearing of this <br />matter for final vecree of Divorce. <br />10. Wife shall receive support provision for alimony of <br />$252.00 for five years from date of divorce payable through the <br />clerk of the Riley County District Court to Wife. On expiration <br />of five years. Husband and Wife will exchange paycheck receipts <br />from the jobs that they are currently holding. in the event that <br />the Husband is making a salary equal to or greater than the <br />WI-fe, considering all benefits but not considering personal <br />deductions of dependents, then the Husbarid s--')a11 pay the Wife <br />forthwith the sum of $4,800 as a lump sum settlement and <br />extinguishment of all rights to alimony between them. On payment <br />of said sum. all future rights to alimony will cease. In the <br />event the Wife is making a greater salary than the Husband at the <br />end of the five year period, then she shall not have the lump sum <br />payment. However. in that event. there will be an alteration <br />of the party's right to claim dependents as set forth more <br />particularly in the next clause. <br />ii. The Husband shall have the right to claim Katrina and <br />Summer as dependents on his income tax. The wire shall have the <br />right to claim Margaret on her income tax.
