Lewis, of Riley CoWtY, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as Husband. and Iris R. Lewis, of Riley County. Kansas, hereinafter referred to as Wife. WHEREAS, various and diverse disputes and unhappy differences have risen between the parties Io their marriage and there is now a divorce action pending in the District Court of Riley County. State of Kansas. wherein Raeford W. Lewis is the Petitioner and Iris R. Lewis is the Respondent, and: WHEREAS. It is the desire of the parties hereto to make a complete and final settlement of all their property and mutual , debts, now owned and owed by the parties. and to provide for the custody of their minor children Katrina M. Lewis, Summer B.C. Lewis. and Margaret A. Lewis. THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties do mutually agree as follows: I. That each of said parties is fully and completely Informed of the financial and personal status of each other and each of them has had an opportunity to seek full and complete advice of counsel. Each of the parties has given full and mature thought to the making of this agreement, and of all the obligations contained therein, and each of said parties understands that the agreement and obligations assumed by the other are assumed with the express understanding and agreement that they are in full satisfaction of all obligations which each of said parties now or hereafter or otherwise have to the other. 2. Both parties shall have jotht custody of the three children. Katrina. Summer, and Margaret, with the Wife being the primary custodian and the Husband having reasonable visitation. 3. The Wife shall have as her sole and separate property, free and clear from any claim of the Husband, her clothing and other items of personal effects.
