<br />PARCEL 2:
<br />The South Seventy -Three and Five Tenths (73.5) acres of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) and the West Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), Section Thirty -One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said 73.5 acres being a rectangular tract with the South line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1/4) and said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4) as its South boundary line, one-half of
<br />the Highway to be included m said 73.5 acres, being the identical tract devised to the Grantor, Rosa L. Starr, also
<br />known as Rosa Starr, by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of James B. Lesher, Deceased, pursuant to a
<br />Decree recorded in Book 7, at Page 636 of Wills and Decrees, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting and excluding
<br />from said tracts, a tract of land conveyed to Donald F. Starr and Mildred H. Starr, husband and wife, by Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 129, Page 205 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows: A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W 1/2SE 1/4) of Section
<br />Thirty -One (31), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said West Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (W1/2SE1/4); thence northerly along and upon the east line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(W 1/2SE1/4), a distance of Four Hundred Sixty -Eight and Six Tenths (468.6) Feet; thence Westerly parallel with
<br />the South line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), a distance of Four Hundred (400.0) Feet;
<br />thence Southerly, parallel with the East line of said West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), a distance of
<br />Four Hundred Sixty -Eight and Six Tenths (468.6) Feet to a point on the South line of said West Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (W 1/2SE1/4); thence easterly along and upon the South line of said West Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (W1/2SE1/4), a distance of Four Hundred (400.0) Feet to the point of beginning; excepting therefrom the
<br />South Thirty -Three (33.0) Feet and excepting a certain tract deeded to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br />recorded in Deed Book 95, Page 141, and excepting two parcels of land as shown in Report of Appraisers recorded
<br />in Book R, Page 47,and Book U, Page 228.
<br />PARCEL 3:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), Section Thirty -Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of
<br />the 6th P.M. of Hall County, Nebraska, excepting (1) right of way easement to the Kansas Nebraska Natural Gas
<br />Company and (2) tract to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for road purposes as shown in Book "U", Page 228,
<br />and (3) tract to the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, for road purposes as shown in Book 155, Page 498, of which
<br />.234 acres was previously taken as shown in Book "R", Page 47 and (4) tract to the State of Nebraska for road
<br />purposes as shown in Document No. 83-004142, all at The Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PARCEL 4:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Ten (10), in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6`s
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land described as follows: Commencing at the
<br />Southeast corner of said Section Ten (10), and running Northerly along and upon the Easterly line of said Section, a
<br />distance of 30 Rods, thence in a Southwesterly direction 62 rods to a point of the Southerly line of said Section, 55
<br />Rods West of the said Southeast corner of said Section Ten (10), thence Easterly along and upon the Southerly line
<br />of said Section, a distance of 55 Rods to the point of beginning, also excepting therefrom Lot One (1), Gloe
<br />Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska.
