<br />87- 10124+2. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the

<br />1988, and January, February, March, April, May, June, and July, 1985, as
<br />agreed upon in said promissory note. As a result of this breach, said
<br />(Trustee, Joseph H. Badami, has elected to exercise the power of sale and to
