<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated SEPTEMBER 6, 2018 executed by MKW ENTERPRISES LLC Trustor, in which Henderson State
<br />Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded
<br />SEPTEMBER 17, 2018 entered AS INSTRUMENT NO. 201806074 in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />HALL County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary there under, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and
<br />the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) IMPERIAL VILLAGE EIGHTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />In witness whereof, Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Eric Leichty, Vice President, and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on
<br />January 8, 2019.
