<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust dated DECEMBER 29, 2016 executed by MICHAEL R WAGONER AND LORNA D WAGONER Trustors,
<br />in which Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />trustee, and recorded DECEMBER 29, 2016 entered AS INSTRUMENT NO. 201608839 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary there under, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that
<br />such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to wit:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK TWO (2) IN BONNIE BRAE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In witness whereof, Henderson State Bank, Henderson, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Eric Leichty, Vice President, and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on
<br />January 8, 2019.
