AFFIDAVIT STATE OF NEBRASKA ) ss. COUNTY OF HALL ) 1 9o-- 105520 Affiant, DARYL D. REFER, after being duly sworn upon oath, does depose and state as follows: 1. That affiant is the surviving spouse of ARLINE H. REFER, who departed this life on November 25, 1989, as shown by the copy of the death certificate attached hereto as Exhibit `A" and by this reference incorporated herein; that affiant and the said ARLINE H. REFER were husband and wife on the date of decedent's death on November 25, 1989. 2. That on the date of death, the affiant and decedent were the sole owners as joint tenants with rights of survivorship of that real estate located at Rural Route 2, Box 74, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803, and legally described as follows: A tract of land located in Lot One (1) and Two (2) Mainland, Section Eleven (11), and Lot Three (3) and Four (4) Island, Section Eleven (11), All in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Mainland Section 11, T 10 N, R 10 W; thence S 89014100" E along the North line of said Mainland Section 11 a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety - Three and Fourteen Hundredths (1593.14) Feet; thence S 0027115" W a distance of Eight Hundred Fifty -Five and Thirty -Eight Hundredths (855.38) feet; thence N 89037100" W a distance of One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety -Two and Five Hun- dredths (1592.05) Feet to a Point on the West Line of the Northwest puarter of said Mainland Section 11, thence N 00 23' 00" E along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Mainland Section 11 a distance of Eight Hundred Sixty -Six and Four Hundredths (866.04) Feet to the Point of beginning; said tract containing 31.47 acres more or less, of which 0.66 acre more or less is reserved for County Road Purposes. 3.
