<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility
<br />easement and right-of-way tracts being more particularly described as follows:
<br />a Twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement and right-of-way tract located in a part of Lot
