Petitioner, The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society — Wood <br />River, d/b/a Good Samaritan Society, is an interested party in these proceedings. <br />2. Kenneth Cuddeford, for whom a guardian and conservator is sought, is <br />incapacitated and the appointment is necessary and desirable as a means of providing <br />continued care and supervision of Kenneth Cuddeford, as a full guardianship and <br />conservatorship is needed in this case. <br />3. The welfare and best interests of the incapacitated person requires the <br />appointment of a Guardian and Conservator, which is necessary or desirable as a means <br />of providing continuing care and supervision of the person of the incapacitated person. <br />4. Venue is proper in this County because Kenneth Cuddeford resides in this <br />County. Mr. Cuddeford's current address is 1401 East St., Wood River, Hall County <br />Nebraska 68883. <br />5.
