Lambracht and Linda M Goodrich, each a single person, as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship and <br />not as Tenants in Common <br />("Grantee"), the real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) described as follows: <br />A Certain part of the South Twenty Acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2SW 1/4) of Section <br />Thirty-three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of said South Twenty Acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(W1/2SW 1/4)of said Section Thirty-three (33), which point is 329.9 feet West of the Southeast comer of said South <br />Twenty Acres; running thence North parallel of the East Line of said South Twenty Acres 660.3 feet; running <br />thence West parallel to the South line of said Twenty Acres 131.9 feet; running thence South parallel to the East <br />Line of said South Twenty -Acres 660.3 feet to a point on the South Line of said South Twenty Acres; running <br />thence East upon and along the South line of said South Twenty Acres I31.9 feet to the actual point of beginning. <br />Being the same property acquired by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to the provisions <br />of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701 et.seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development Act (42 U.S.C.3531 et.seq.). <br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. Grantor is lawfully seized of said Premises and It is free from encumbrances, subject to any reservations, <br />covenants and easements of record; <br />2. Grantor has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />3.
