Section Four The Annexation Plat dated October 15, 2018 to this Ordinance showing Tract 2 is an accurate map of the territory annexed and such Annexation Plat is adopted as the official map of the territory annexed and the Mayor of the City of Wood River is authorized and directed to certify that the map is an accurate map of the territory annexed under the provisions of this Ordinance and to record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska this Ordinance together with a copy of the official map as certified by the surveyor. Section Five This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final passage and its publication within fifteen (15) days in one issue of The Clipper as provided by law. 3
