<br />U. K. C., herein called the Mortgagor, in consideration of sums
<br />advanced to it does hereby mortgages to ST. PAUL'S EVANGELICAL
<br />LUTHERAN CHURCH OF PLYMOUTH, herein called the Mortgagee, the
<br />following - described real estate In tta:.11 County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots 249, 250, 251, 252, 253.; 254 and 255, West Lawn
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />And the Mortgagor does hereby covenant with the Mortgagee
<br />and with Mortgagee's successors and assigns that Mortgagor is
<br />lawfully seised of said premises, that they, are. free from
<br />encumbrance, that Mortgagor has,good.right and lawful authority
<br />to convey the same, and the Mortgagor warrants and will def6nd�
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever.
<br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the
<br />principal sum of Thirty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars
<br />($35,000.00) and interest thereon, according to the terms of a
<br />certain Promissory Note of even date, executed by the Mortgagor
<br />to the Mortgagee, due the 15th day of July 1999, unless earlier
<br />accelerated in accordance with its term,.
<br />The Mortgagor further agrees to maintain insurance upon-the above - described premises in an alii6unt, not less than the
<br />indebtedness due the Mortgagee with a loss'-payable ola -use in
<br />- favor of Mortgagor and m rtgagee.as their interests may appear.
<br />The Mortgagor agrees to pay all assessments upon said premises
<br />and all other levies and assessments levied upon this Mortga.40.

<br />same become delinquent. In the event the Mortgagor shall fail to
<br />obtain such insurance and pay such assessments and levies before
<br />delinquent, the Mortgagee may purchase such insurance;,and pad
<br />such assessments and levies and shall have a lion secured pa-hereby
<br />for the amount so advanced with interest thereon at the..rate• `�•
<br />provided in the Note secured hereby.
<br />In the event the Mortgagor defaults in thee, men
<br />payt of said
<br />indebtedness or any installment thereof, or fails to,6.grform any -
<br />of the other agreements herein, the Mortgagee at its - .election may,..
<br />declare the entire debt secured by this Mortgage to b-6 due and
<br />collectible at once; and may foreclose this Mortgagee'for the
<br />satisfaction thereof..
