<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Three (33),
<br />in Township Nine (9) North, of Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />It is the intention of this Special Warranty Deed to convey to
<br />each of the six (6) named Grantees an undivided 1 /30th interest in
<br />and to the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Thirty -Three (33),
<br />in Township Nine (9) North, of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances subject to easements, reservations,
<br />covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons claiming the same or any
<br />part thereof through, by or under Grantor.
