<br />THIS CORRECTIVE TRUSTEES DEED REPLACES THE TRUSTEES DEED RECORDED ON
<br />THE 8TH DAY OF JUNE, 2017, AT INSTRUMENT NO. 201703819, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
<br />HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />MYLES D. RAMSEY and MICHELLE L. BLESSIN, Co -Trustees of the BARBARA JEAN RAMSEY
<br />FUNNEL TRUST, GRANTOR, in consideration of Distribution of Assets, conveys to MICHELLE L.
<br />BLESSIN, a married person, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV.
<br />STAT. 76-201), in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot Two (2), running thence North 83°39' East,
<br />810.0 feet, running thence North 72°32' East, 700.0 feet, running thence North 89°45' East,
<br />1,153.0 feet, to a point in the East line of Lot One (1), in said Section, 1,362.5 feet North of
<br />the Southeast comer of said Lot One (1) of Section Thirty -One (31), Township Nine (9)
