Fuller, Personal Representative of the Estate of Eleanore D. Fuller, <br />deceased, herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Dennis J. Miles and Shantel A. Miles, a married couple, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the <br />following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
