The Trustor, whether one or <br />more, is Grand Island Apartments, LLC. The Trustee is Gregory M. Neuhaus, Attorney at Law, 205 S. <br />Cedar, Ste. 105, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801. The Beneficiary, whether one or more, is David L. Larson, <br />Trustee of David L. Larson Revocable Living Trust dated October 15, 2002 and Catherine M Larson, <br />Trustee of Catherine M. Larson Revocable Living Trust dated October 15, 2002. The Beneficiary's <br />address is 505 Linden Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801. Trustor irrevocably conveys to Trustee, in <br />Trust, with power of sale, the following: <br />6 The Northerly Forty -One (41) Feet of Lot Six (6) in Block Twenty -Five (25) Charles Wasmer's <br />aAddition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />h .1 <br />Together with all the rents and profits therefrom and subject to easements and restrictions of record, if <br />�Irri any. <br />y Trustor owes Beneficiary Fifty -Six Thousand Dollars ($56,000.00), evidenced by Trustor's note of <br />c^ thereof. <br />Weven date, payable according to the terms <br />v `g <br />This Security Instrument secures to Beneficiary the Debt evidenced by said note, the payment of all <br />Iother sums, with interest, advanced under the provisions hereafter to protect the security and the performancy <br />rC, of Trustor's covenants and agreements. <br />Trustor covenants that Trustor is Lawfully seised by such real estate and has the legal power and <br />lawful authority to convey the same and warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful <br />claims of all persons. <br />TRUSTOR AND BENEFICIARY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
