Eberle, a married couple, herein called the GRANTOR, <br />whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration <br />received from GRANTEE, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Mark G. Dyer <br />and Rhiannon M. Dyer, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska (as defined in Neb. Rev.
