Mues), hereby attest that the transfer of property in <br />the accompanied Warranty Deed dated November 20, 2018 would be exempt under exemption 5 <br />(Deeds between spouses). However, I am transferring said property to a joint revocable living trust <br />with all ownership and control held by myself and my husband, Lynn A. Johnson. Therefore, this <br />Warranty Deed is being recorded under exemption 19 and this statement is intended to comply with <br />the requirements set for in Nebraska Revised Statutes §76-902 (19). <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have read the forgoing statement <br />regarding the transfer of property and that it correctly states the manner in which the property is to be <br />transferred and that it is eligible for exemption under Nebraska Revised Statutes §76-902 (19).
