Statement of Authority <br />• (Certificate of Trust/Affidavit) <br />• <br />State of Colorado <br />County of Arapahoe <br />201808195 <br />We, LYNN A. JOHNSON and JOAN A. JOHNSON, of lawful age, being first duly sworn, upon <br />oath depose and say: <br />1. "The LYNN A. JOHNSON AND JOAN A. JOHNSON TRUST dated August 29, 2018" is the <br />name of a revocable living trust which may acquire, sell, convey, encumber, lease, and otherwise <br />deal with interests in real and personal property in said name. Said trust was formed under the laws <br />of the State of Colorado and is in full force and effect and valid under state law. This Statement of <br />Authority is authorized by C.R.S. 38-30-172. <br />2. We are the Trustmakers (Settlors) and Trustees of the aforementioned Trust and as such have <br />authority to execute and to record this Statement of Authority. Our address and the address of the <br />trust is 2326 Crabtree Drive, Centennial, CO 80121. <br />3. Each of us may individually act for and represent the trust in any transaction. Two signatures <br />are not required. Upon the death or incapacity of one Trustmaker, the other Trustmaker shall serve <br />as sole Trustee. Upon the death of both of us or written certification by the attending physician that <br />we, or the survivor, have become so incapacitated as to be unable to manage our financial affairs <br />or upon other events as described in our trust, then JOHN C. MUES shall serve as trustee. <br />4. All trustees and successor trustees have full power and authority granted to fiduciaries under the <br />Colorado Fiduciaries' Powers Act. We, or the survivor, may change successor trustees, but third <br />parties shall be relieved of any liability for such change until given actual notice. No person paying <br />money to or delivering property to any trustee shall be required to see to its application. All persons <br />relying on this document regarding the trustees and their powers over trust property shall be held <br />harmless for any resulting loss or liability from such reliance. A photostatic or other facsimile copy <br />of this Statement of Authority shall be just as valid as the original. <br />4.L."4„, <br />NN Air NSON <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me by LYNN A.
