<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Duane A. Burns, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association,
<br />whose mailing address is 308 N. Locust Street, Suite 306, Grand Island, NE 68801, is hereby appointed
<br />Successor Trustee under the Deeds of Trust executed by MARIA GALAVIZ , as Trustor, in which DOYLE
<br />L. and VIOLET B. WINFREY, are named as the Beneficiary, dated December 13, 2007 and recorded on
<br />January 15, 2008 at the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska Instrument No.
<br />0200800353, regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by
<br />MARIA GALAVIZ, Trustors for which DOYLE L. and VIOLET B. WINFREY, as Beneficiary, dated
<br />December 13, 2007, and recorded January 15, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200800353 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title and interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />3. Description of real estate applicable to both Substitution of Trustee and Deed of
<br />Reconveyance.
<br />The Easterly Forty -Seven (E47') of the Southerly Eighty Feet (S80') of Fractional Lot
<br />Nine (9) in Fractional Block Nineteen(19) in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement: Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional
<br />Block Six (6) in Rollins' Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being
<br />a rectangular tract of ground having a Southerly frontage of Forty -Seven Feet (47') on
<br />Sixth Street, in said City, and a depth of Eighty Feet (80')
