4.0 <br />201808181 <br />State of Nebraska as shown in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 76, Page 506 and except that <br />portion shown in Document No. 92-104439. <br />Parcel 2: The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -Nine, Township Twelve <br />North, Range Nine West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska except that portion deeded to the <br />State of Nebraska as shown in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 76, Page 506 and except that <br />portion shown in Document No. 92-102791 and except that portion deeded to Hall County, <br />Nebraska as shown in Document No. 92-104823. <br />. NOW THEREAFTER, The Lender made the Borrower a $663,000.00 loan on <br />D�tCC4libe r X . The Lender's loan is secured by the Deed of Trust and real estate <br />described above. The Government loan will also be secured by the real estate described above. <br />To induce the Government to make this loan the Lender agrees that only the Lender's Promissory <br />Note dated D.epP{'ili✓ (, / in the principal amount of $663,000.00 would hold <br />a lien priority ahead of the Government indebtedness and that all of the Lender's other existing <br />loans to the Borrower and future loans made to the Borrower which would be secured by the <br />cross -collateralization and/or future advance clauses in the Lender's Deed of Trusts are hereby <br />subordinated in favor of the Government's lien and would hold a junior lien position to the <br />Government indebtedness on the real estate described above. <br />The total principal amount secured by the Lender's Deed of Trust, holding a lien priority <br />ahead of the Government Promissory Note in the amount of $300,000.00, at any one time shall <br />not exceed the Lender's Promissory Note dated a umber )C �C I in the principal <br />amount of $663,000.00.
