<br />HERITAGE BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AND
<br />COMPLETE RESTATEMENT OF THE REBURTA R. WENZL TRUST AGREEMENT
<br />DATED JANUARY l8, 2017, AS AMENDED and HERITAGE BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />ROBERT G. WENZL FAMILY TRUST CREATED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VI OF THE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ROBERT G. WENZL DATED DECEMBER 27, 2004
<br />W GRANTORS, for and in consideration of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND
<br />SIXTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($432,065.00) received from GRANTEES, JOEL M.
<br />METTENBRINK and LINDSEY C. METTENBRINK, husband and wife, as joint tenants with
<br />rights of survivorship, convey to GRANTEES, the following -described real estate (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N'/2SE'/4) of Section Twenty -Nine
<br />(29), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska except that portion deeded to the State of Nebraska as
<br />shown in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 76, Page 506 and except
<br />that portion shown in Document No. 92-104439.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that
<br />GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the
<br />GRANTORS.
<br />Executed this 6 day of December, 2018.
