Depue, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Concept Fiberglass <br />Homes, Inc. is Beneficiary and Christine Stimple is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was re-recorded on May <br />19, 2014, and identified as Document No. 201402958, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Ten (10), Concept Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested <br />that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in <br />and through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />Baer /`3 <br />, 2018, by Ronald S.
