<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of < e , 2018,
<br />by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein
<br />Ziller Tile, Inc. is Beneficiary and J & B Rentals, L.L.C. is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue,
<br />Attorney at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the
<br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 2,
<br />2004, and identified as Document No. 0200411637, conveying to Trustee, his successors and
<br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Tract 1: Fractional Lot 1 in Block 8 in Kernohan and Decker's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Tract 2: Lots 1, 2 and 3, block 7, Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Tract 3: The Westerly 33 feet of Lot 4 in Block 8 in Kernohan and
<br />Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Tract 4: Lot 1, Schmidt Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that
<br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore
<br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto
<br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and
<br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all Appurtenances and privileges
<br />thereunto belonging or appertaining.
