<br />Nebraska, which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust, executed November 30, 2010 by
<br />MARLA P. FISHER, a single person, Trustor, in which FARMERS AND MERCHANTS
<br />BANK was named as Beneficiary and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION as Trustee, and which was filed for record on December 2, 2010, as Instrument
<br />No. 201008977 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, FARMERS AND MERCHANTS BANK, its
<br />successors and assigns to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an
