Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust HOLLY K AMBROZ, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated SEPTEMBER 1, 2000 and recorded OCTOBER 31, 2000 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200009432 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the O

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
