<br />E. To borrow money on my behalf and encumber any assets in which I have
<br />an interest as security.
<br />F. To manage, control, lease, sublease, and otherwise act concerning any real
<br />property that I may own; to collect and receive rents or income generated by
<br />my property; to pay taxes, charges, and assessments on my property; to repair,
<br />maintain, protect, preserve, alter, and improve my property; and to do all
<br />things necessary or expedient in my attorney's -in -fact judgment in connection
<br />with my property.
<br />G. To manage my tangible personal property, including but not limited to
<br />moving, storing, selling, donating, or otherwise disposing of this property.
<br />H. To grant, sell, transfer, convey, mortgage, deed in trust, pledge, and
<br />otherwise encumber and deal in all property, real and personal, that I may
<br />own, including but not limited to the real property described on Exhibit A
<br />attached to this instrument and including property acquired after execution of
<br />this instrument; to attach exhibits to this instrument describing such after-
<br />acquired property; to take any actions and execute any documents necessary
<br />to divide or partition property to create separate property for me, and to
<br />convey all of my interest in my residential real property, without
<br />consideration, to my wife or children, or any combination of them; and to
<br />execute such instruments as my agent deems proper in conjunction with all
<br />matters covered in this Paragraph H.
<br />I. To invest and reinvest my funds in every kind of property, real, personal, or
<br />mixed, and every kind of investment, specifically including, but not limited to,
<br />corporate obligations of every kind; preferred or common stocks; shares of
<br />investment trusts, investment companies, and mutual funds; and mortgage
<br />participation; that persons of prudence purchase for their own accounts.
<br />J. To purchase real property on my behalf; to mortgage, pledge, or otherwise
<br />encumber such newly acquired property; to commit my resources with respect
<br />to the purchase of such property; to do all acts and execute all documents
<br />necessary for the purchase of such property; and to otherwise generally deal in
<br />all respects and have all powers described in this power of attorney with
<br />respect to such property.
<br />K. To purchase, sell, invest, reinvest and generally deal with all stocks, bonds,
<br />debentures, warrants, partnership interests, rights, and securities I own; to take
