<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Shiela
<br />Daniels and Richard L Daniels, Wife and Husband as Joint Tenants, Trustor, to Pathway
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated July 18, 2016
<br />in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust
<br />being recorded August 1, 2016 as Instrument Number 201604890 of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $120,000.00, has been paid or
<br />otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lots 1,2,3,4,11, and 12, Block 2, Robinson's Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />TOGETHER WITH that part of the vacated alley and Nebraska Street adjacent to and abutting
<br />upon Lots 1,2,3,4,11, and 12, Block 2, Robinson's Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />shown in Ordinance No. 214, filed December 20, 1991, in the Office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds as Inst. No. 91-108540.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 210 E Kansas St., Cairo, NE 68824.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 7th day of December, 2018.
